My specs:
M5A97 Motherboard
EVGA 700 Watt 700B PSU
R9 380 4GB
2 HDD drives (one 1TB and one 500 GB)
optical disk drive

Stupid question, i just want to make sure it'll all fit before I order the case

According to the specs, it is compatible with ATX boards, so it should be.

The mobo should fit as mentioned by logainofhades above, but my concern is the drive cages potentially interfering with your GPU. it says that it will support up to 360mm long GPUs but whether or not that is affected by having drives in the cages is tough to determine, but it looks like it all should work.
