So this is my build:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard:ASRock - AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory:Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Storage:ADATA - Ultimate SU800 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video card:Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Video Card

Power supply:EVGA - 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Would the Fractal Design - Core 2300 ATX Mid Tower Case be okay for this?

There are really only a few questions to ask when looking at a case

1. will it hold my proposed components?

There is nothing crazy about your proposed components. But you have not mentioned what you propose to use for a CPU cooler. If you are planning an aftermarket air cooler, then make sure that air cooler fits in 162mm. If you are planning an AIO, more research is probably required.

2. will it provide the cooling that I require?

If air cooling, does it provide the necessary air flow through the case? The case comes with two fans, and has slots for up to seven fans. Sweet!

3. can I afford it?

At $75 CDN, I'd say you're good.

4. do I like the styling?

Our computer cases are expressions of style. You gotta like it! Only...

My impression is that this is a pretty darn functional case. I do suggest looking for case reviews on Youtube to see what people say about it. Maybe it really sucks for cable management. Maybe it's full of sharp edges that you will cut your fingers on. I think I watched 100 case reviews on Youtube before I bought my last case.
