i-BOX ORCUS X19 GAMING case costs 32€. Is that case good?
If not give me advice on case for 40€ max has to have 3 added fans.

It looks decent for the price but when you build your system in that case I'd make sure to wire everything behind the motherboard to keep the look clean and airflow not obstructed unlike the first pic on the site.
