[SOLVED] Is this case quiet and cool effective, same for these fans?

Comes with two "Pure Wings 2 140mm", I would add another 1-2.
Will be cooling -
MSI RTX 2060 Ventus XS OC edition, or a different model of 2060, around the £300 mark.
Ryzen 5 3600x with the wraith spire cooler

1. Will this be a quiet/inaudible build, even at max speeds and temp?
2. Is this cooling efficient and safe for my PC?

No such thing as inaudible when you have fans involved but will you hear it - probably not since when it's under full load you'll probably be gaming with the sound or headphones on.

Yes, it cools ok. there's only a few degrees difference thru the various configurations, like top panel on or off.
