Is this case usable

I have an old PC, it is a HP Pavilion a384x and it is 16 years old, but I am wondering if I can use the old case as it is a Full tower case which I guess really helps with cable management. Does anyone know if I need a new case for my first computer. And this is the build I'm going for,

It appears to be ATX standard but there isn't going to be a single person here that would suggest you use it.

If you want to save money on your build, this is not the place to do it. $20 cases will be worlds better than that old proprietary hunk of steel.
