Question Is this chip on the motherboard replaceable?

The chip below the pcie slot is damaged, can it be replaced? The motherboard is an amd b650 Asus tuf with the am5 socket. I dont know what the chip is called on this but I think it is the southbridge on older boards.

It's a Nuvoton microcontroller (generally used for sensors) and I'm not sure you can easily source a replacement even if that was somehow the only problem with the board. I can't read the model on your board, but I believe it's the NCT6799D family.
