Is this coil whine, my heatsink or something else?

Just over a year ago, I replaced my motherboard and CPU, and along with it I bought a Hyper 212 heatsink for it. A year before that, (2 years ago now) I got a GTX 650 Ti, a graphics card I'm replacing next month with a GTX 960. The other day, I bought GTA V, one of the first intensive games I've played in a while. While I play it, I hear a high pitched noise from somewhere in my computer. I've heard the noise before, when I played other games like a heavily modded Skyrim, but I never thought much of it. Since GTA V is so hard on my paltry 1 GB of vram, it's a lot more prominent now when I play. I don't remember hearing it before I replaced my motherboard and CPU, making me suspect it's my year old heatsink fan. My heatsink fan is the only fan in my computer I haven't replaced, besides my GPU fans which aren't gonna be around much longer anyway. So, considering my GPU being replaced is inevitable, I'd just like to know if the sound I hear while I play GTA V is my GPU or my heatsink. I suppose I'll know when I get the new card, but if it's not coil whine then I'll have to get a new heatsink fan somewhere as well.

Here's a video I recorded with my phone. It's not too great, but you can hear the whine in it.

Yeah, it's my GPU. I opened the panel and ran Heaven benchmark, I put my ear as close as I could to my machine without the fans tearing it off. I'm positive it's my GPU now, and I'm glad I'm getting a new one soon.

not necessarily, my friend's stock CPU cooler started the "coil whine" problem during a graphics-intensive game. Open the side panel of your PC, run a graphics-intensive game, then figure out where (exactly) the noise is coming from.

I have a SeaSonic X650 Gold PSU. I'm a bit curious about it as well, since I've had it for 3 years now. Like I said, I heard the whine in my GPU, but I hear some low volume odd buzzes here and there when I'm just idling, so that could be my PSU.
