Question Is this coil whine?

CPU: I5 6600K with Noctua D15
Motherboard: ASUS Z270-P
Ram: 16GB
SSD: 250GB/1TBB
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair RM750X V2
Chassis: Fractal Design Define S

Hey. As i moved my PC yesterday and hooked it up i now hear whining sound when CPU is doing something. It's annoying and i don't know what's causing it. Tips?

Do you have a audio/video clip of the issue in action? Often times the fans might be brushing up against a cable or a connector might've come loose to brush up against the fans. It's worth isolating the source of the sound as opposed to guessing where it's coming from.

I will try reseating the cooler with fresh paste and see how it goes.
Phone mic wont pick it up but my ears do
