Its a best pc for you.... your choice is best... everything is compatible.... its pc best for gaming , video editing and other.... intel is allways better than amd in Gaming and other... because intel cores 30% faster than amd cores.... you should go for this.. buy and enjoy
You are good for compatibility.

One suggestion I would make is do a Xeon E3 cpu instead of the i7 which will give more money to get a better GPU.
The Xeons are a nice in between an i5 and i7. They have a slightly lower clock speed but they have hyperthreading (that is the main difference between i5 and i7).

Will want faster RAM for editing and much faster / larger HD for both uses so I would change those..... and ya just missing a 970.

If ya can manage an extra $100 ... consider these upgrades.

i will change the ram but it has to stay 16gb so what were you thinking it has to be under $170 and i have to order everything from amazon.com and that ram you said is $211

``thanks do you think the psu is good``
yes! this is a good psu ...but i suggest you the evga B2 750W psu because its about the same price but 750W , so you will
be ready for SLI in the futur at the sametime
its up to you ..the tx from xfx is good enough
