Is this compatible with a laptop/pc?

I'm thinking about getting the Tritton Kunai Universal Wireless Headset, that costs around $100. First thing for sure, the mic quality isn't that good. I don't really use the mic. Plus I have a separate mic so I will just be using it for the audio. But the real question is. Is this headset compatible with a laptop with a dual headphone/mic jack? And a regular pc? I do most of my gaming on a laptop, and right now I'm using Samsung earbuds. If theres any better you can tell me. I'm looking for ones at bestbuy.ca and my budget is $100<.

bestbuy.ca? Turtle Beach makes probably the best combo of price and performance headests in that price range.

The one I linked to appears to be compatible with all the game systems and PCs. as long as there's a USB port I guess to provide power and a standard 1/8 jack.
