Yes but you should give us more info on the parts, like the brand of psu. Also I would not recommend that build it is way unbalanced. You would want at least 8 gb to not hold you back, also you would want a better motherboard. The cheap amd3+ motherboards do not do a good job handling the power needed for the fx 8320. If you give us a budget we can put together a good build for your price range.

Short answer.....yes they are compatible. That being said, as numanator said, it is very unbalanced, and vague in areas.

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend buying that motherboard. Also, I'd recommend you buying 8GB RAM and a CPU Cooler such as the Hyper 212 EVO. Also, what HDD and PSU do you have?
