I don't see any crippling incompatibilities but with a graphics card that's that long you might not be able to use all of the case's drive bays.

Also note that the CPU you picked is not a K-series CPU, which means it can't be properly overclocked. Non-K CPUs don't need a Z97 board, so if you keep the non-K 4690 you could save some money by going with an H-series motherboard.

The case comes with a 200mm fan in the front and a 120mm fan in the rear. That's enough to provide adequate airflow.

get an ssd somewhere there must be some hdd for storage purpose probably take it from your old pc. For the case if you want a neat inside you may need some extension cables so i am not if you will sometimes they are just short you will not know till you start the assembly. asrock is not old asrock but still i dont choose their motherboards gigabyte or asus. for the mouse used many gaming mouses but each time went back to my good old intelli mouse. if you are getting original software why not choose professional version. If you dont wanna hear little intel fan whizzing while gaming get a good cooler for cpu so you can overclock prize comprimize artic cooling even remove the mouse add corsair h60 or something like that. get a higher speed memory if cash allows will help to overclock better. other than that all in that list will work when you put together.

So then I could get the "H" one and it will this reduce space, and save me a little?
