Is this compatible ? ?

First off I have an older set up that I just purchased and want to do some upgrades. I have a i5 750 and what looks to be an Antec three hundred two (or one ) case and a gigabyte P55 UD4P motherboard with old sea sonic 650 ps. I was wondering if a gigabyte gtx 950 gpu and corsair hydro series H60 120mm would fit together ? or 🙁 ?

The GTX950 should run fine since PCIe std is backwards compatible. If you need a BIOS update pretty sure Gigabyte would have one. To overclock that I5 750 you would need a aftermarket cooler so whether you use a liquid or air cooler is totally up to you, the Corsair is supported by your socket.
