ram: kingston hyper x 8gb 1600 mhz
hdd: 1tb seagate barracuda 7200 rpm
odd: asus 24x dvdrw
gpu: palit gtx 650 ti boost 2gb oc
psu: aerocool strike x 500 watts modular
casing: aerocool strike x one

i will just be upgrading my psu and mobo next month, what do you think? are they compatible? any comments regarding my build?

i already bought the components, because that's only available in store i went, maybe i'll upgrade my mobo by december, what mobo do you think should i get? can i play games with med-high settings with this set up?

Agree with werner123 on PSU. The one you have chosen is very low quality.

i know it's low quality, but do you think it can last until december? aside from xfx psu, what else can you recommend? how about my mobo now? and what asus mobo can you recommend to me?

@werner123, i only use asus motherboard, and i'm scared of trying a new brand. . i hope xfx brand is available in my country, how many watts do i need? i will be upgrading in the future, might add fans on my casing or change my casing so that it has a usb 3.0 front panel, as of now, i'm not experiencing any problems regarding my psu, it's kinda quiet actually. . .
