Is this computer alright?

Hello this is my first post here, i do not know where this goes in please tell me later on but
i want to buy this computer

but ive checked everything it seems to be alright im just a little worried about the PSU and graphics card
please could you double check it for me im not a tech guy and if i need to upgrade something how much do you think it would cost?

Im planning to install Windows 7 Ultimate on it and is it possible to install it because it has o operating system comes with it

You can build something better with that money and yes you can install Win 7.

What do you intend to use it for? Everything is relative. For example, if you are gaming, without knowing what games, what resolution and settings, we cannot determine if the GPU would be good enough for you. I would personally not buy a case and use the included power supply unless it was an antec (they use the earthwatts in their cases).
