This setup is a monster and will play play more or less anything released currently with ease. May I ask how much it is costing you to build?

It is costing around 2000$ but in my country where I live is around 2600$. I have changed my mind to get 2 970s insted of single 980 beacuse there is not much price difference but worried about VRAM issue. I want to max out each & every game setting except MSAA but don't know exactly how much VRAM will new games need? Can you please provide me 970 SLI benchmark on GTA V 1080p mostly maxed out including advanced graphics & other demanding games. I would really appercitate it. I am not finding suitable benchamarks for 970s. I am confirming order in 24 hours. So, please help. 🙂

SLI does not increase your total video memory.

The 970 has a memory wall at 3.5Gb.

You would be better with a 980. You could always add another in a while if you really want to SLI.

If you are truly worried about GPU memory look at a Titan.
