ok so a guy on craigslist wants to sell me a computer for 140$. but im not sure if this computer would be any better than my current gaming pc below is the info you need what do you guys think?
my current setup is an HPZ400 workstation with
xeon w3565 stock speeds,16 gigs ddr3 ram,475 watt proprietary psu,240gig ssd 2tb HDD
sapphire platinum RX470 4GB GPU below are the specs of the craigslist computer

im wondering will this computer be better than what i currently gameon i should not the Craigslist pc supports overclocking where as my Z400 does not
edit if i buy the computer the RX470 will be swapped out with the 6570
