is this computer better than my current gaming PC

ok so a guy on craigslist wants to sell me a computer for 140$. but im not sure if this computer would be any better than my current gaming pc below is the info you need what do you guys think?

my current setup is an HPZ400 workstation with
xeon w3565 stock speeds,16 gigs ddr3 ram,475 watt proprietary psu,240gig ssd 2tb HDD
sapphire platinum RX470 4GB GPU below are the specs of the craigslist computer



Computer has a clean install of Windows 10 Home 64-bit O.E.M operating system installed with the option to return to Windows 7 HP. Original Windows 7 install disk and key provided. Back-up images of both O.S. saved on 2nd internal hard drive. Hardware specs:

Computer is set-up for viewing and operation to satisfy any questions.

im wondering will this computer be better than what i currently gameon i should not the Craigslist pc supports overclocking where as my Z400 does not

edit if i buy the computer the RX470 will be swapped out with the 6570

I believe his CPU is faster by a little, his psu is way better, and his gpu is crap. i personally wouldnt buy it. if you did want to upgrade... id probably just look for a used CPU and motherboard if you did want to upgrade

no, this xeon is i7 like CPU.
it has more threads than i5-2500, so no it's not better.

looks like the i5 is faster to me im less im missing something.

it might have i7 cores but its bloomfield vs sandy bridge

2500 may have some advantage in some games that depend on 1-2 cores because of higher clocks, but modern games rely on more cores.
anyway, the advantage is not that big if at all.
so going forward, w3565 is better.
