Is this computer build good for gaming?

Solution
Pretty solid. My thoughts are below...

CPU Cooler - That Noctua is ok, but being low profile is really meant for smaller cases. Look toward its big brother (the D15) or the Hyper 212 EVO for a larger cooler.
SSD - Try to find a way to fit one in now. The MX100 or Samsung 840 EVO are the two budget minded choices.
GPU - The 750 Ti has its place, but IMHO more for systems that can't power a GPU externally (the 750 Ti pulls its power from the PCI bus). The R7 265 below will outperform the 750 Ti (by a little) at a lower cost.
HD - There is no need for the Purple. Overpriced and 5400 RPM isn't all that quick! Look toward a Seagate offering.
PSU - No CX / CS / Builder series from Corsair. Stick with XFX or Seasonic.

Enjoy that...

That case will take a much better tower cooler espcially if you forgo the top mounted fan. Even a CoolerMaster V8 would fit with room to spare then. I would look at a hyper212 evo with an extra fan for an fx processor.
You also should order up at least one 80mm fan for the bottom section of that case where the drives go. I believe theres room for two fans and the bottom section has no stock cooling installed.
