Old gen I7 is not worth it any more, coffee lake I7 build with SSD, faster ram, cheaper but good PSU etc:

That or at least a KabyLake build, no reason to buy old stock off the shelves, basically the same prices.

Coffeelake would be great, but actually being able to buy one might be tricky.
