Is this computer enough?

So i created this list on pc part packer and im wondering if this pc will be able to run rust at medium to low settings at 50 - 60 fps.

I cant upgrade anything since im living in sweden and im paying with swedish currency but i wanna check if its okay because no one of my pc friends play the game so im hoping the community will help my situation.

1 dollar is like 8 swedish crowns and im paying like 7 500 crowns for this pc which is possibly 850 dollars.

Well 1st off you need to change the memory to either 2x 4 GB kit so it will run in dual channel or get a 16 GB kit (2x 8GB).

The rest seems fine to start with, you can upgrade the CPU and Cooler later as needed.

i cant really do the ram thing its too expensive here but what do you think i should upgrade first?

Memory is important, to get max performance it needs to be running in DUAL channel mode.
