Hey guys, my laptop handled games good and stable, but I'm looking for a gaming beast. Not a laptop, a desktop.
Sadly i'm new to this whole desktop thing, and I can't really build my own, so searching for an already set up desktop, I came across this baby.
Haswell-E Gaming Computer:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 6Core 15MCache up to 3.60 GHz.
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce gtx 970 4GB DDR5.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 16GB (4x4GB) 2400Mhz DDR4 .
Mother Board: ASUS x99 DELUXE.
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit-OEM.
Power Supply: Corsair RM-850 80 PLUS Gold power supply.
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i High-Performance liquid CPU Cooler.
Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 Mid-Tower Gaming case.
Hard Drive: Seagate 2TB Hard Drive.
SSD: Transcend 256GB SSD TS256GSSD340 2.5
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 stealth edition.
Mouse: Razer Death Adder Gaming Mouse.

My questions are:
1) Will this computer be able to record and stream and maintain 60+FPS while recording at Ultra setting? (without AA and HBAO and no MSAA) at 720p? ( I like 720p better than 1080p lol )

2) Is it too much for it's price? it's about 2723 Dollars ( my budget fits ) if so, would you recommend any other computer?

3) can you recommend a good fitting monitor? not a very expensive one, please.
Here's the computer: http://uae.dtcae.com/product/haswell-e-gaming-pc-3-5412/

Well, I only prefer the 720P because I will be able to run games on 720P for like, 10-15 more years, also, i'd like to keep my recordings and strams stable haha. So, monitor? and would it also keep 60+FPS at like, 1080 with AA, MSAA and HBAO enabled?

The thing is, I dont live in America/Canada. I live in UAE, and it's too difficult for me to build a computer myself, because it's hard to find good computer parts in Dubai, in fact i'm too lucky to find that computer.
so, dont suggest me different parts, just tell me if it fits my needs.

Ok then, the pc is really overkill for 720p but I would try and find something with maybe a 4790k and 980 because the 970 and 5820k is a bit overkill on cpu. I really do thing you should get a 1080p monitor but if you really are adiment on 720p then ok. also what games will you be playing?

Well, I guess because the 720P is overkill, i'll go with a 1080P or maybe even 1440P monitor. And well I will be playing games like Battlefield 4, Far cry 4, Assassin's creed unity. But if I'm recording/streaming I'll be playing Minecraft and DayZ and such. so now, is there a certain brand I should go for if I'm looking for a 1080P or 1440P monitor?
Also, I was wondering, because i'm going for new everything then a great headset should be also added. Do you know anything about a good headset? and thank you so much for answering me.

I really want to push every element of the computer to an ultra limit, the computer you suggested is good, but not really extreme, so I'd buy mine and then add the 980x. Thank you for your suggestion tho. c:
