well that power supply is below recommend wattage of 550 and not made for high power gaming systems. you will probably have a problem with it. i would recommend raising your budget and getting a better cpu/mobo. the athlon will most likely be a bottleneck for that gpu.

You need a better psu and as soon as your cpu costs less than the motherboard you know something is wrong.
