Is This Computer Good For Livestreaming?

As the title states, I am looking for a rig that I will use for gaming as well as livestreaming. My budget for the entire PC including the setup and such will be around $1500, but I can stretch it to around $1650 at most. I currently have this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Vj8thM

Will this computer suffice?

I don't see any reason for the external hard drive. Just put a 4TB internal hard drive into the computer - cheaper. For the SSD, buy a Samsung 850 EVO.

I heard higher capacity drives have higher failure rates.
