$35 over parts price. Not bad considering free shipping and you don't put it together. Feel free to get it.

You should be able to play all those games on high.

Remember you need to provide your own windows key. The one you linked for 500 GBP doesn't come with windows.

I can't really find something similar to this build that has a better mobo or PSU. I know both of these parts are important so i'm not so sure what to do.

Without a OS this is a better build for 100 dollars more. You get a good quality CPU/Mobo/PSU/RAM/Video card is also upgraded.
