As far as CPU Cooling, I don't know much about Water Cooling otherwise I would def go that route so I can OC some stuff. But since I have never dealt with it, I don't know how easy it is to set up.

Is there any area's where I can save some money or get better performance for the buck.

I don't want to really spend anymore then I have on this

But I am open to saving money. This will strictly be for gaming mainly.

This is the Op Drive I have on my list. LG UH12NS30 12X SATA Internal Blu-ray Combo Reader Drive & M-DISC DVD CD w/3D PlayBack Burner ReWriter + Nero 9 Essential Software + SATA Cable + IDE to SATA Power Adapter

I would do something like this. The mobo you have is good, but it isn't great. I don't think it should be used in a build with your kind of budget. The psu you listed isnt very good, also. If you wanted to make this a hundred dollars cheaper, you could take the two 970s out and put in a 980. I am just against going with the 780 ti right now.

Edit: And I put 16 gb of ram because you had it. But you only need 8 for gaming.
