It's OK.
depending on the game, it can be good or just OK.

I do recommend to get a better PSU.

optimal? no. i5 8600k and a 1080ti maybe. your psu is a fire-starter.

I dont wanna play idk farcry 5,i will play mybe csgo,gta 5 mybe 6 when released,wot,fs17>,battlefield 1(mybe),and to be able to stream or record gameplays,I DON'T NEED super high quality graphics
