Is this configuration good enough for arma 2

yes but not on the highest settings.
medium to high and you get decent frramerates
maybe go with an hd 7950 instead of an gtx 660 it is much better and not much more expensive

That would be over the price bracket I have set (£450) and thnx for the reply and Wht power PSU will I need

the psu is perfectly fine if you want to save some money go eith an 500watt psu i think that is an option
