is this configuration good for minimum games ?

TBH, not really. The FX series is quite old now and even when they came out weren't exactly high end units. It would work for some games but will probably struggle on CPU intensive games such as BF1.

u mean the problem is in the processor...nt the graphics.....and i am talking about playing games like gta 5,dying light,far cry primal...this kind of games

Well don't lose hope, with a decent aftermarket cooler you should be able to overclock your CPU a bit and get some extra performance out of it, there's plenty of guides online. As for those games you should be fine on lower settings @1080P.

It depends on what your case will fit but the EVO 212 or Cryorig H7 are both excellent budget options.
