Is this configuration ok ?

I just visited some local shops
These were the configurations they gave me
I5 4440
Intel DH87RL Motherboard
Zion 4gb ram
Seagate 500gb hdd
LG DVD drive
Iball cabinet
The total bill was INR 26,779
INR 27,669
INR 29,500 respectively from 3 shops
But they told about cabinet that I should buy cooler master cabinet for INR 4000 for better performance
So is this configuration good and do I have to change the cabinet?????

The only way a cabinet could ever change performance is from overheating, and that's really not a concern 99% of the time. It's basically not a concern at all in a PC with no video card. So no, the cabinet will not affect performance.
