Is this considered low profiled ram?

Hardware secrets reviewed that cooler and made a note about the fact that it covered all of their memory slots. It should work with standard size ram like that HyperX, but would not work with ram like the Ripjaws series which has the heatsink fins above the memory

Make sure the fan on the cooler is on the left or rear side when inserting into the case. The memory is okay with the heatsink, but you may notice that the first stick may be right up against the cooler. This wouldn't be okay.

So any other air cooling that will give me good performance and will fit with that case and ram? I will be overclocking the i5 4690k
