Also, I've been looking around the web and there were concerns that the gtx770 would not have enough RAM for future games. many said that going with the radeon 7790 would be a better decision even though the gtx770 is said to have better performance. Which do you think is better?

Finally, after I buy all these parts, is this all I need to be able to build it, besides the OS? The only thing that I can think of thats extra is the lights for the power button.

What.....Where have you been looking because whoever said that is stupid.
A GTX 770 will destroy any game at 1080p for a while. You'll be happy with it.
