Hi,
This is my first time trying to build a PC for gaming. I went to pcpartpicker to help pick out the necessary compenents.
My result is this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/27TJD
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($74.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($339.99 @ Microcenter)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card ($16.99 @ NCIX US)
Wireless Network Adapter: Rosewill RNX-N180UBE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Wi-Fi Adapter ($12.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31 ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.08 @ Mwave)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ Microcenter)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($16.99 @ Newegg)
I would like to know if there are any improvements that can be made for my current system without increasing the price, or if there are parts that can be downgraded to make it cheaper but still have similar performances.
Thanks
