Is this cooler enough to cool an i7 7700k at stock speeds?

I have this Stock Cooler from a 3rd gen i7 3770 that I want to use on an i7 7700k. The cooler has a stock cooler design, it has a 30mm thick heatsink and a 92mm Fan.
Will the cooler be enough for an i7 7700k? I won't be doing any overclocking.

The closest thing to my cooler is the Rosewill RCX-Z90-AL - 92mm Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

No, the 7700k runs very hot. As long as you keep it at stock clocks you could get away with a CM hyper 212 evo.
