Is this cooler enough?

I currently have an Intel i7 7700k processor and I am looking for a new fan to deal with its high temps. I am planning on buying the Arctic Freezer 13 CO fan. Is this enough for this hot processor? Thanks in advance.

Is the Cryorig H7 better than this cooler? I've also been looking at Le Grand Macho RT if that is better.

H7 has an advantage , it doesn't interfere with memory modules , but if your ram is LP this isn't an issue.

What do you think of the Noctua NH-D14 in comparison to Le Grande Macho?

Le Grand Macho is a couple C better.

D14 is great, I own one , fantastic cooler , but also use LP ram with one.

Thanks for all of your guys' input! I ended up getting Le Grand Macho RT. Its a great but HUGE cooler. It barely fits in my case but it has been working fantastically. My PC has never been quieter or cooler.

Yes its huge, it's a semi passive heatsink so it has more heatpipe than even the double tower heatsink. Massive real estate to dissipate heat, works really well. The only thing negative is I heard the Macho series has crap fans, but it's expected as the heatsink are semi passive fan is not a focus.
