The aftermarket cooler is only used if you are going to be overclocking your CPU. If you don't plan on overclocking, the stock fan will do fine. The only difference that you probably will notice is that the EVO is a little bit quieter.

Like I said, there is no need to get an aftermarket cooler if you are not going to overclock. The fans usually last a good long while using stock CPU settings

Yes. The 212 EVO should fit just fine.

Actually, No. It won't fit. 🙁 The cooler needs to be less than 153mm in height. Your best bet would be a top-down cooler. There are a bunch out there.
