Is This Coolmax psu Any Good?

I was thinking about making a budget pc build and came across this power supply. Is this one any good or should pay more for a brand name psu

if you are on a real budget get a corsiar PSU in your price range. I also have had no trouble with thermaltake PSU's for not gaming purposes.

Alright thanks. It did seem pretty sketchy and that seems to be true. I think I'll just fork out some extra cash for a good psu from a reputable brand
