[SOLVED] Is this corsair cooler genuine im confused?

I have had this cooler for ages after my 100i GTX failed.

It was listed as a 100i V1 and didn't have a box and I have never downloaded the software its meant to have till today but it doesn't show up. And I think its because the cooler is meant to have a usb port to connect to MB header to control pump and led's but it doesn't have one on it. Also the one I have been comparing it to which i think its meant to be is the 110 gt which have the port on the left and 3 or 4 connectors coming out the top.

So is this a fake or something?

I have one here in the box. There's a mini USB port on the top side ring. You can use it without USB connected but will only get one speed out of it (medium). Looks legit.

There's no ports on it at all to connect to. that's what im confused about

I seem to recall reading a way back that some/one Corsair AIO’s that were used in some prebuilt PC’s used an OEM version of the AIO that didn’t have the USB socket and associated features.

Look on the radiator and get the model number off of it. I have a few 100 V1's and have never seen one without the mini USB port. The H110 uses two 140 mm fans and a different pump. The power connector is different too. I have two of those.
