Is this cpu bottleneck Rx 480?

Greetings.The title says all.my budget is 200 euros so i cant buy skylakes and kabylakes and i do light gaming thats why i ask if:
an intel core it 4460(180 euros) is going to bottleneck rx 480 asus dual 4gb in following games:
Total war
WoW
Gw2
Overwatch
Rocket League
Planetside 2
Csgo
LoL
Civ series

I currently have an pentium g3258 4.0 ghz (OC) and i play all these games 60+fps on ultra (LoL,csgo,and rocket league i have over 200) But i want all my games to run at least 100+ fps as i have 144hz monitor.What do you think? Also i can buy an it 4690(NON K) for 50 euros more,is it worth the extra price?Thanks in advance!

None of those i5s are going to bottleneck a 480. The 4460 is good, but I recommend the 4590 as the best bang for buck.

for 50 more it really is up too you. I would go for it myself but maybe you won't.

No, definitely not for that much more. Can't you find any used Haswell CPU for much lower?

Those games should all run fine on an RX 480, except maybe PS2. Yes, I made a PlayStation joke. Planetside tends to wreck AMD hardware. However, I don't have much information about how it runs on the new 400 series so I can't be too sure how it will perform with the upgrades.
