The FX-9590 is one of the worst consumer CPUs ever released; you need a high-end motherboard of the era, a high-end cooler, and a high-end PSU to run it properly and some people never get it to work properly. And the ones that do, the reward is a CPU that struggles to beat i3s of the same era and with slower single and double core performance than contemporary Pentium CPUs.
