is this cpu compatible with my motherboard

i have a acer ipisb-vr rev 1.01 motherboard and i am looking to upgrade all my parts.
the last part that i need to upgrade is the cpu.

Intel S1150 Core i5 4460 3.20Ghz Quad Core CPU


if these are not compatible can you please check out this website and fine a cpu up to $200 bucks that will be compatible with this motherboard

No, that CPU has LGA 1150 socket type and your Motherboard has LGA 1155 socket support..
you have to change your CPU selection to a 3rd generation Intel processor or change motherboard that has LGA 1150 socket support..

that i5 is haswell, 1150 socket. the motherboard you have needs LGA 1155, so the CPU WILL NOT WORK. you need something with an 1155 socket. (i5 3570)
