[SOLVED] Is this CPU compatible with this Motherboard?

I've built my full PC on PcPartPicker. Although before I purchase all my parts I would like to see if all of it is compatible especially the chipset and the CPU cooler.

It says its all compatible but I doubt if it is or isn't. I would appreciate the help!
