Is this CPU cooler good enough?

I can't find any reviews on this cooler
Cooler Master Hyper TPC 812XS
i also can't find it on NewEgg
I'm wondering if its worth buying since i wanna overclock my 3570k That im gonna get with my pc in like 2 months, will it fit in my case (Zalman Z11) and will it handle like atleast 0.5 GHz of overclocking? Btw let me know if hyper 212 evo is an better. Btw heres my specs that im gonna get if that helps in any way:
EVGA GTX 670 FTW
INTEL CORE I5 3570k
8GB RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE
ASUS P8Z77- V LX
650w CORSAIR TX650
ZALMAN Z11 BLACK COMPUTER CASE

Its not the best cooler out there but its top tier imo. Hardware secrets gave it a golden award.

I currently use an amd 8350 with artic silver 5 thermal paste, and a Cooler master hyper 212+ and I rarely go about 40 degrees when playing games like Crysis 3 and Battlefield 3. You could get alot more performance by getting it to 4.5ghz, so I'd go for a hyper 212+.
