Is this cpu heatsink fan compatible?

I'm looking to buy a new heat sink fan for my custom built computer. Before I buy it though, I wanted to check here to make sure it would fit with everything.

Here's the fan I'm looking at buying:

Is the fan compatible with those? Also, do you think the fan is going to end up getting in the way of my ram? I have 4 sticks.

Yes the cooler is compatible with AM3+ setup! Most likely it will overhang the closest slot so if you do not have tall ram then it should work.

Its a great cooler just make sure it will fit in your case.
