Is this Custom PC good enough for me?

Hello, I am building a pc for the budget of 350$cad and I am wondering if this is good enough for what I do with it: http://imgur.com/nfignDW I already have a graphics card (GTX 750) and the power supply. I intend on playing games like GTA 5, Cities: Skylines or Far Cry 3 with no lag or stutter on lowest settings at highest resolution. Also, I need to use it for video editing. I thought about getting the Amd Athlon x4 860.
