Is this decent budget gaming pc?

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Black Edition
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU: Sapphire Radeon Dual-X R9 280 3GB OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 80Plus Bronze
Case: SilentiumPC Gladius M20 GD-M20

And i have router in our house do i need to buy wifi card to connect it

yes you need a wifi card or wifi usb stick. if you can wait a few weeks wait till the skylake non k cpu drop. this week it the one i5 and i7 that dropping and the z170 chipset mb. on sept 1 the other chipset and cpu are dropping. the newer mb will let you drop in newer cpu if need be. the old fx line been dead for two years now.
