Is this Desktop a good value for the money?

I was going to buy this desktop off of Craigslist for $600

No, all pre built PC's are a waste of money. If you want somebody to build a PC for you, NCIXUS is probably the best choice as they only charge $50 more than if you bought the items your self on their website, and built it yourself.

My problem with the pre-built one, is that the GPU could be better, and, the PSU is unknown along with the motherboard. If you build one yourself, you could get a better gaming experience. Would you like me to put one together for you for the price he is asking?
