[SOLVED] Is this dust accumulation normal on the front of my case?

Is it normal that it accumulates dust like this? This is dust, not the fan spinning. It only amasses on this front fan, not behind.
I use my vacuum cleaner to clean it btw.

Quite normal.
That is the intake fan filter which keeps larger dust particles out of the case.
I have 4 dogs and 3 cats in my home. So my computers look like that in about a month. Plus mine run folding 24/7/365 , which means it happens faster than it would with occasional use.

Most of what you see as dust is actually dead skin cells from you and your pets.

Completely normal. Similar dust layer was collected in a day on a brand new PC PSU fan intake filter at bottom at end of Windows and software installation. Owner got a recommendation to clean his apartment more often
