is this enough for a build

i found this combo

os im planing to take out of my laptop on a thumb drive i already have a usb mouse and monitor im getting and keyboard aswell

And strenuous? what do you mean by that? im using it for gaming

You will be sorely disappointed at the performance.

The OS you cannot "take out of my laptop on a thumb drive". That will not work.

you will need to buy an OS, you cannot copy windows and just use it on another system, you can however put ubuntu or linux on a thumb drive which is free, also that is a very low end pc, don't expect anything special, it can run solitaire sky-rim on low graphics, no high graphics stuff or high end games, this is a really entry level pc, more suited to word processing and internet browsing than gaming
