i am building an cpu with amd fx 9590 running a corsair h110i gtx on it. Now i am going to have 2xMsi amd r9 390x 8g crossfire. 32gb of kingston hyperx memmory and cooler master v1000 power supply. I will be using a 4tb sshd to keep my games and 240gb ssd for boot and external drive for multimedia. I want to play games like ac unity,syndicate,bf4,far cry 4,witcher 3,gta v at ultra using amd's virtual super resolution in my 1080p monitor. I will virtually play those games at 4k or 1440p. can i do it so. please respond."https://pcpartpicker.com/user/sudipto15/saved/#view=6Y47YJ"

The FX9xxx series are bloody awful and easily outperformed by a good i5 or i7 in games. Personally I'd go sli 980Ti's, Nvidias sli driver support is much faster when games release than AMD and Sli seems more stable.

You also won't see any benefit of 32gb RAM over 16gb. If you really want 32gb you should buy it as a single kit, not 2x16gb kits. Although chances are 2 16gb should work together it's not guaranteed, a 32gb kit is tested so all sicks will work with each other.

I like amd and its amd's flagship. And ram thats ofcourse is just for showoff. But i dont want to spend more money on a 980ti for 5-8fps. So at that price range 390x is awesome. And i will do a crossfire so 8x2=16gb(actually its isnt like it ) but more performance on 390x as reviews tell 390x's performance get doubled or close to double in xfire mode

And i will be using vsr amd feature which changes the actual resolution of your monitor not like nvidia's dsr which changes the resolution in games only. And i had a system with 3rd gen core i5,msi nvidia 780ti,750w psu by corsair,h100i gtx,16gb of ram. I am not satisfied by intel or nvidia so amd. I have the money to build a system with 5960x/6700k,titan x,32gb ddr4. But no intel or nvidia. And again 6700k has 16 pcie lanes means max of 2 way sli or crossfire is supported. 40 lanes in 5960x is fine.
