Is this enough wattage?

I recently assembled this PC configuration IRL, but for some reason when I plug in my GPU, my computer doesnt boot. I've tried everything to get to go but it won't. When the gpu isn't plugged in, everything works just fine. I don't know what's else to do about this. My fans and lights come on, but no signals to USB or monitors when gpu is in. Is my psu not enough to power my system?

Do you have another system to try out the graphics card in? I just helped another guy who had the same issue, it was the graphics card.

No, I don't have another system to try it in.

Friend or family that have a computer that you can try it in? It is very likely a faulty card.

Sadly I'm the only builder I know, everybody else I know has laptops. I live in the south so not many do that type of thing. Is there any easy way to check? My card fans spin up and it gets warm, so power is going into it.

I know it's the psu or card. I salvaged these two parts from the old computer after so sortie malfunction. My screen did some sortie pattern thing then shut off, after that I could never get a signal or USB power.

The only other thing I can think of is trying another known working graphics card in your system. If it works then it's most likely the graphics card and if it doesn't then its "possible" that it's the graphics card.

Really the best way to tell is putting your card in another system. Do you have a computer shop local to you that you trust enough to test the card for you?

One thing you could try is to reset the BIOS via the jumper on the motherboard.

No I do not, all the computer shops here people who fix laptops and such. I tried before, they are the type to lie about whats broken and not listen to a word you say.

What would be wrong with the bios? I haven't changed anything, I did flash it to see if that worked but it didn't. How would I go about resting with the jumper?
