My specs are i3 4gb ram 2gb intel 4400 win 8.1
Will this enough for playing black flag with low graph config?

Yeah it's doable, but it will be pretty laggy in spots, especially ship battles and ship boarding.


This video is even with a more powerful CPU, and it's still pretty laggy.
